Remodel of existing foothills residence designed by the renown Boulder architect Hobart Wagener in 1961. Entry foyer, dining room, master bath, laundry room and new exterior deck were designed to blend in with the existing structure. A new gable roof with clerestory windows modeled on the existing living room was created for the dining room helping to balance the building composition and identify the main entry along with new foyer fenestration.
