The commission for the design of this 150,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters for a rapidly growing office supply company was awarded through an invited design competition. Design principles emphasize a high quality work environment with natural daylight providing most of the building illumination, environment friendly technology and site design, and a modular approach for future expansion.
